Head in the Clouds

Apologize for my lack of blogging. I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend and was able to get back in the swing of their routines. The Cloudly Collection is basically a guys and his friends and a letterpress. Sounds delightful right? Every three months or so they make a new collection for sale and a percentage of sales goes to a charity. I wonder if I could take part sometime?

P.S. I heart their logo.

Papernstitch

Have you seen papernstitch? It is a curated marketplace for handmade goods, arts, etc. etc. It takes the best of Etsy and showcases them and then links to the original shops. It is wonderful because let's be honest there is just WAY TOO much on Etsy. Look at these great finds I saw this week.

Wonderful bags by Quote Bag Studio.

This ring I look at everyday by Dillon Designs.

And this poster that makes me so happy by Dee Adams.

Just plain cute

How wonderful are all of these things from Present & Correct.

Smile print, Italian Staplers, Button card, Cup of Tea card, Keyboard brush, Spin calendar. There are so many fun things there, it was hard to pick a few.

Gocco Inspiration

As I was messing around and learning how to use my new toy (a Gocco printer) I came across Wonting NYC and I am truly inspired. A NYC illustrator/graphic designer/product designer who loves her Gocco printer and makes great prints, cards, felt ornaments and more.

Each is printed something like 3 times and you can buy them in her Etsy shop! Whew I can't wait to get the ink I am waiting for to make my holiday cards. And she inspired me to get the fluorescent pink because I think that is absolutely divine. The card and print shown are my favorites...do you have any inspiring gocco prints you want to share?

JHill Design

Have you ever heard of JHill Design. A designer who loves to doodle (who doesn't) that bases a lot of drawings on travel and where she has not been...how interesting. She has a great collection of calendars, prints, cards and more. I am not only in love with the calendar above but also the animal prints I have shown below.
