Thursdays seem to more often than not concern food, so it is not surprise that this week I am highlighting St. Francis in Phoenix. And my favorite thing on their winter menu is by far the pumpkin soup. Literally, heaven on Earth, life-changing, I-dream-about-it delicious soup. And tonight they just so happened to have it! What a relief, my day was instantly better the first spoonful of silky soup paired with pomegranate seeds and croutons. Need I say more?

Thursday Tidbit: St. Francis
Thursdays seem to more often than not concern food, so it is not surprise that this week I am highlighting St. Francis in Phoenix.
